Do the bikes come fully assembled?
Our bikes arrive 85-95% assembled. You will typically need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We include a multi-tool and a step-by-step guide with every order.
What is your return policy for cycling gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused gear and apparel in its original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, helmets must be returned with all tags and no signs of wear.
How do I determine the correct frame size for me?

Do you offer a warranty on Cycle Peak frames?
Yes, all Cycle Peak frames come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components like drivetrains and brakes are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, usually for 1-2 years.
